I’ve noticed you have captured red, almost purple rocks in some of your photos. Parts of the American Southwest have red rock mountains, more orange than red really. Such interesting rock colors where you are!
@louannwarren Hi Lou Ann, In certain light conditions, there is definitely purple evident in many of the rock formations. However, there was something weird going on with all of the photos I took on day 7 that I was unaware of. All of the photos came out with very insipid colours, or heavy dull colours or . . . The info that showed up on Exif dont show what setting it was on and the ISO and fstop look weird considering the lighting.
As a result, I have had to do a lot of editing to try to bring them to life and while I think the end result is pretty close, the colours here may not accurately reflect what the true colours were. :-(
