I've made a chilli-salted-caramel millionaire's shortbread, two jars of lactose free brandy butter, started to pack and delivered cards, without crossing any thresholds.
Treated myself to another YouTube tutorial to not follow correctly - now I need someone to give this card to!!

I've earmarked some YouTube tutorials so hopefully I'll be able to follow at least one sometime in the next week or so.
yeah it worked perfectly - basically apples, lemon juice, sugar and camomile tea. blended apples, then strained, mix with some water bring to boil then simmer til reduced to a honey consistency. tastes very much like honey
@shutterbug49 I know vegans who see honey as bee vomit!! But are happy to use almond milk which annually requires import of hundreds of bee hives to the orchards where they can only feed on a diet of monoculture almond blossom. @kjarn it's my own recipe!! @robz thank you @koalagardens interesting!
