Yesterday we were in Deventer a city in the east of our country and situated at the river IJssel. After all the rain we had the last couple of weeks the water level was extremely high as you can see the trees behind the bridge are in the water up until their crown. The quay is reinforced with big bags of sand and little bags on top of them. But despite all these measures some of the cellars are flooded. No theme week by @jacqbb
