Having decided to do this project for one year without fillers I have realized I am complaining about it too much. So today I give you "a what was at my feet shot", as I waited for the bus to arrive. Loved the hard lines and textures mixed with the natural element of the leaves.
Please feel free to remind me that this is my choice next time I complain :)
Great patterns and textures. I must remember not to complain, too. I have many opportunities to get out there with at least my cell phone camera. I should make sure I look around me - even at what's at my feet!
This is really cool Andie. Hang in there and don't be discouraged. Are you planning on continuing after you have 365? I completed my 365 in late July without fillers, next goal is to complete the calendar year without fillers. I Now have 503 images posted without fillers. You can do this.
@bill_fe Thanks Bill I started in April, and I am notorious for starting things and not seeing them through, but for some reason this has become a mix of an obsession and a passion for me, I know I will post all 365 days without fillers! As for once I have finished one whole year I will stay. I love this site too much to not, but I will allow myself fillers if I feel the need. I am impressed, 503 days with no fillers!
I wanted to do the same and while I'm still succeeding it's extremely hard as this project can be despite it being so much fun at The same time. Very nice shot too
I love this, great texture. I know what you mean, some days it's so hard to post a lame picture, but I promised myself I would and I am also notorious for complaining and not finishing things. I have only had a few days with a filler, and 88% done with my project!
I love it! like the patterns and the texture....and it makes me feel the winter air for some reason too.... Never noticed people calling you Andie...I see it in your name now....I thought UKAndie was saying 'YouCanDie" glad to know its Andie :p
Great one. Well seen and framed. I ever like this kind of pictures. As the amount of great photographers and works that I have found in this project. One of the things that I've learned is not to see only ahead, I must see up, down, behind in both directions. As the box of sweet of Forrest Gump: "You never now where the picture is..." ;)
Nicely composed & cool textures. I'm trying to follow your example and get through this without fillers so I can relate to the complaining thing. I don't mind you complaining though as I am reassured to know that I am not the only one that struggles at times with this challenge!
It is fantastic...the composition is perfect. Great textures and tones. Just looking up or down opens up so many opportunities we would never think of. Fav for me.
Nicely done! I also was going to not use any fillers, but I have days where I have made several good images and only posted one and the rest are now just sitting on my computer doing nothing. I'm currently in internal debate whether to use them for the rest of the calendar year during the holidays or stick to my guns and hold them until the project year is complete. So I greatly admire your tenacity for holding out.
