It's the most wonderful time of the year! Smells like Christmas at home, because we are making cookies. We prepare these gingerbread biscuits every year. My son, who is 6 years old loves participating since he was 3. This time I had two assistants, cause my daugher also wanted to help. The cookies tasted just perfect, I guess because they were made with love :)
When I was little, I used to go to my grandma's house to prepare Christmas dishes. Then for many years I organized holidays, but now we have a pandemic and the holidays are very private.
