She's my big little hero

Today we had one of those 'once in a lifetime' moments! We had an appointment today and I took Boyana to get her years pierced. It was a really spontaneous decision, taken just yesterday. I was never one of those moms dying from desire to pierce their daugher's years and I knew this moment will come somehow naturally. Yesterday Boyana was really impressed by my earings and asked me several times about them, while examining my ears. I felt this was the right moment to ask her "Do you want to have earings, too?" When she said "yes" I explained that we can go to 'get her the same' and today I made the appointment at a place I had recommended. The girls were really nice and predisposed my daugher. She was calm all the time, playing with toys and after they made the piercings, she had very little tears in her eyes, but did not cry at all! She forgot about the pain very soon, as she got some presents from these girls and now she is proud wearing earings. But I am even prouder! She is my strong girl, my big little hero!

Bravo to her for not crying ! I’ve done so many time with my girls : they are much more older and have quite a lot of piercing but always ask me to come with her !
