The Rookwood Pottery Company

We went to the Rookwood Open House this morning with Libby and Joe. They were selling tons of overage tiles. For $50, you could fill up a box with as many tiles as would fit in. After the Open House we went and had buzzed ice cream (ice cream with liquor mixed in) for lunch. What a fun day!!

@kchuk if you're ever in Cincinnati, you should visit Rookwood Pottery. They were involved in the major restoration of Chicago's Monroe Building. The lobby is all Rookwood. The company today was hired to match the old Rookwood tile still in the building. It's amazing what they did.
