When we were in Michigan visiting Motawi Tileworks, Ande said I could pick out any tile I wanted for our anniversary. It took me a long time to decide. After about an hour, I found a great blowfish but it was marked "sample" on the back so they said it wasn't for sale. I was really bummed. I wanted something I hadn't seen in person before and something that was hard to find. I found this one mounted in a clock but since it was easily removable (and they felt bad about the blowfish) they let us buy it. We came to find out that's it a retired piece and they didn't have another. That made me love it even more. They had this one that was the same size but another design. I like mine so much better.
@stevepam@777margo@gardenfolk Another place you have to visit if ever you are in Ann Arbor. I know that's a stretch since you aren't all in the USA but still, you never know. 😃
