Spent the day with @nickspicsnz, practicing shutter speed shots at Vivian Falls, got caught in a very heavy downpour, so drove out to Patumahoe to dry out in the car. Had lunch at the Butcher's cafe. Yummiest pancakes ever, never mind the icing on the cake, it was the cherry on top!
@julzmaioro is that the Henry’s reserve Falls? In which case yes, but a long time ago. We had actually planned to go to the lily gardens, but it was shut. We’ve tried once before and it was shut for winter. 3rd time lucky
