The Local kingfisher

Another kingfisher. This one is taken in my garden. It's one of three that hang around. The tree he's sitting on is dead, but I don't want to pull it out as they love to sit up there and look out for worms or skinks below them. They swoop down into the paddock from here

I understand the trimming issue. We have one tree with a low, dead branch that we keep around because it's where all the birds perch. Great shot!
