Staircase

"The ghost of a Montreal row house sticks out its staircase like a tongue." The sculpture garden at Canadian Centre for Architecture was designed by Montreal artist-architect Melvin Charney who called his creations “allegorical columns,” and saw them as a synthesis of architecture, landscape, and sculpture." ~ Atlas Oscura.

Wow this looks so cool. How quirky. This looks great in B&W too. Great pov. Also great to see in all angles.

Interesting and great to see the different views of this piece. I grew up in Montreal and I remember more the row houses with the spiral staircases curling their way down the front.

The artist's words sound like he thinks highly of them, but his depiction seems very stark and negative. Good collage!
