I took this photo in Tanzania a few years ago. It was interesting looking back on my photos. I have certainly improved, and am less snappy. I didn't do any processing then, either, and that makes a real difference. I cropped this photo into a square and converted it to BW to make it into a much stronger image. I didn't pay enough attention though, and would tone down the white finger nail and white splodge in the other corner. But I really like it as it has a strong message of love and protection.
