been a rough week... and i'm all about a good laugh. right now, could use a hearty one. that being said (typed), who's got a funny pic or three they'd like to share? i'll gets da ball rollin' in hopes there will be many more to follow...

I got a kick out of this little boy's costume. His eyes were nowhere near centered in the eyeholes of the hood. And, while I was shooting his pic, his Dad was off to the side telling him to be sure he smiled! When I was done, I asked him if he smiled and he said "yes" very sincerely! So cute. It make me chuckle...in a good way.
This looks like a serious shot of a political protest but when enlarged, there is Naked Guy in a top hot and bowtie. Even funnier is I didn't see him until I uploaded the picture and started processing it!
I have a question- when I make comments like the two above- having clicked the reply link- do people get a notification that I commented on their photo? I also get an email when someone comments on my own page but don't get a notification if someone replies to my comments on their page or if they respond to something I say on a discussion page. Is there a setting I'm missing that would notify me?
Not that I said anything very articulate in the two examples here! :-)
@pamelaf hi, Pam... a notification will only pop up for you if someone included your name (@pamelaf) like i just did in a comment... otherwise, no... however, you'll receive notifications if someone comments on something in your personal page OR if you start up a discussion, too.. make sense?
This is at the dog park where apparently visiting dogs' digging has been a problem. The problem with the signs, however, is that dogs can't read nor can they use shovels. Then, of course, another problem is if the signs are for people who are digging, why tempt them by leaving a shovel?
This picture always makes me giggle a little, maybe not just because I think it's funny, but because the memory of that day and how the camel was acting was so much fun, too.
