Actually it's just appeared after an outrageously dull day alternating drizzle with downpour. I had my shoulder X-rayed this morning just to make sure that there's nothing untoward going on before the physio gets back to work on it. It was very efficient in there at 8.30 am and I was in and out in time to see a man carrying a prosthetic leg out of the car park. No photo unfortunately - he didn't look terribly amused about it but it's amazing how big a leg is when its under somebody's arm.
Huge thanks for putting my cobbles on PP - I thought it was perhaps a love it or hate it photo so I'm thrilled.
You've really captured the gloom here. It's been non stop rain all day here too and the sun is just starting to come out now. Better late than never! Glad things went well with your x-ray :)
Thanx for getting that song stuck in my head now ;). A truly dreary shot but still great to look at from inside a warm building ;). Hope your shoulder is getting back to normal health soon!
What a bleak picture and that's eactly how it was. I was in and out of Bury hospital this morning having my eyes scanned and all sorts, and it was piddling down! Of course the car park and the eye clinic were on opposite ends of the campus.......drowned rat didn't come close lol! Well done in capturing a truly horrd day!
lovely shot and wonderfully written discription of your morning ..hope your shoulder gets better my knees still suffering but being helped by my bioflow magnet ...trust me i had it years before it became *trendy*for my back
I like the muted colours and the crop here. I hope you get the go ahead to have physio, i've broken my left shoulder and elbow in the last two years and before and during that I had a frozen shoulder on that same side. Lots of physio excersises later it is finally pain free!
@snowy@louisefrance Nothing nasty bonewise and no calcification in the tendon so it's 'just' inflammation in the tendon - I must say that the heavy duty drugs are pretty good though I was shocked to get 2 months supply! No physio exercises though just rest which is much harder to accomplish!
...Take care of that shoulder :)
