Silver canoes (kayaks??) at Scudamore's Boatyard. I think they look like they're gossiping in the sun - pointing out to each other that they are much more elegant than those heavy wooden punts and if they are chosen less often then that's just because people have no taste. I must admit that I enjoyed Boris Johnson's conference speech this morning (though I don't agree with everything he says). Maybe Londoners are less impressed (or more - I don't know - sending the bendy buses to Malta must be a good thing?) but it certainly beats the usual political prattle.
Three good things:
1. We have some new medicine for Monty's very poorly ears.
2. The design for the school's kangaroo sculpture has been finalised and everybody is happy - it's going to look great - and I've taken the first photos of the making process of course!
3. Everybody else is out tonight so it's just me and Great British Bake Off!!
@meisen325 Ulcers and pus in his ear canals....they look alright from the outside but he keeps shaking his head so I took him to the vet. Probably allergy but he's already on wheat-free/rice-free diet. :0((
What a beautiful classy shot. My husband and I actually took a canoe and had so much fun ;). We didn't dare punting on our own and I'm pretty glad we didn't as I found out how hard it is when I tried it with my friends later...
Lovely clear shot, love the processing! Yes I found Boris more entertaining than the rest but I'm no judge of content, Poor Monty hope he feels better soon.
really great shot - love the edit on this - and I missed the Great British Bake Off for a beer and curry :o( Missed Boris too...need to get my priorities sorted!!
