Well three bike shots in a row would be just too much ;0). Bit of a busy day and I'm just wondering if I can summon up the energy to do some Hoovering. Ummmmm?? No I can't.
Three good things
1. Friday night - no alarm in the morning.
2. Adam's hockey game a long way from home so I'm not going to stand on the touchline in sub-zero temperatures (I would but he's told us not to go - never mind eh?!)
3. I have either been removed from or resistant to snacking all day. Better cook the dinner before I capitulate.

Too cold to do any housework Judith as soon as you hoover will be as bad again before yo know it!! Glad you haven't to freeze on the touchline, ...thoughtful Adam!!! I have had a coffee renoir tonight & have now got eaters remorse! Love the blurry bikes & of course the indispensable basket!
@happypat Ooooh coffee Renoir is my most favourite cake ever. I haven't seen one in donkey's ages but I went in Fitzbillies a couple of weeks ago when Adam was having his hair cut and there was a plate of them calling to me! The girl there said a customer had suggested them - I was seriously tempted but I wasn't sure they'd got the cream inside right. If I do something really energetic I'm going straight back to find out. Adam's not being kind - he gets nervous and would rather we didn't watch but can only persuade us for distant games!
My snacking has reached an all time high hence my massive jump in exercise to counteract! don't know if it's enough, think I need to reduce intake for sure or I'm going to be huge!
