...the grass is riz.
A foggy, drippy start after an awful lot of rain and hail yesterday but by the time I got out with Monty spring was in the air. It's a brief respite apparently with some more icy winds and 'weather fronts' on the way (I don't believe that's a good thing) but the blossom doesn't know that and is starting to break through.
Three good things:
1. The dishwasher has finally been fixed and this time the new part didn't immediately blow up.
2. Mitcham's Corner ugly one way system has been thoroughly yarn bombed and looks great.
3. My new winter coat was definitely worth buying even in March - more cold weather to come and it's heaven.
Lovely spring shot, the weather here is great but we had a hail shower earlier that was deafening. I hope the frost stays away from those lovely blossems
Now that is my kind of photo - I CAN;T wait for spring - it's getting closer but no buds on trees yet - we have snow on the ground and in the air today
I love this scene of spring tranquility! Very envious of your flowers, and your new coat! Non-exploding dishwashers are something to be grateful for too :)
Lovely spring scene. I thought for one horrible minute that it might have sprung for us yesterday morning, but thankfully by lunchtime the incessant icy rain had set in.
Wow check out that blossom. I have a view of the same kind of tree and snapped it the other day - it's so bare, way behind your tree. We're a long way from Spring here at the moment! http://365project.org/roachling/365/2013-03-11
