Kick Ass

Apologies to anybody offended by the title but it seems most appropriate... Rachel testing for her 3rd Dan. There were lots of other people there but she was on the edge of a row which generally meant a clear view. I may be biased but I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say she was brilliant :0)
Three good things:
1. Strength and stamina
2. Self defence
3. Hopefully never needing to use it

Oh, I can do that. Not!!! Wowzer...Rachel is a force to be reckoned with!!! Knowing what she is capable of doing must ease your mind considerably as a mother when Rachel is out and about and on her own. This is a great sequence of shots of your daughter kicking ass!! Love it!
