I'm a little disappointed with this because I actually have two lovely shots of the whole family (3 generations) - really sharp given that I was grabbing them quickly but it felt like too much of an invasion of privacy to post them. Should any of my local followers/spies recognise them I will be happy to provide the pics. I couldn't let that bike go entirely though....
Three good things:
1. A glorious spring day.
2. Lots of action on the river including a regatta.
3. The starlings have fledged - which means my suet is being demolished at a rate of knots but I know starling numbers have declined massively so they need some babies.
That bike is truly beautiful Judith...a work of art in itself & a worthy centre stage!!
Difficult decisions when you have private occasions & where to draw the line but you have bridged the gap perfectly!!
It's costing us a fortune to feed the birds, plus the squirrel but all worth it....they eat so much!!!
@barbsmith Hi Barb - thanks for all your great comments. The focus was isolated on the bike from top to bottom but then I also blurred out the people post processing.
Thanks, Judith. Hope your rain has let up some. I'm currently sitting through a thunderstorm - again! There is just no where for the water to go. I had to wade through puddles to get the groceries from the car this afternoon.
@barbsmith I think tomorrow should be drier & warmer - we'll see! I've had to turn the heating back on. And it's right across Europe & with you folks as well - somewhere must be dry!!
