The sky and cloud formation captivated me. I love windmills, whilst this one was not terribly special it was beneath those beautiful skies. And finally this is in the Murray-Darling area, the part of the county known as the "cereal bowl" (apparently) so the grains in the foreground give me a sense of place for the road trip
If I didn't know better, I'd say this looks like a very iconic Texas/ Oklahoma landscape with those sweeping clouds and plains. Even though the windmill is a relatively small figure, it really makes the shot. I feel like I have been on the road with you these last weeks!
Oh this is lovely! I drove to Norfok a week or two back and kept wanting to stop and 'capture' the bright skies but kept going... and I so regretted it in the dark on the way home.
