Meat was interesting, when we were in Lahore we ate at a stall in the "food street" - each stall had its own very fat happy looking cat - clearly getting the offcuts. The haunches of goat of meat to be cooked on the the BBQ (generally a kebab) always had the tail attached to prove it was goat, apparently several years earlier there had been a huge scandal when dog was being sold. As strict muslims this was obviously an anathema for the people
I love it - the bus looks grumpy, the butcher looks in a hurry to get away, the house behind looks about to fall down but full of character... not to mention the fleet-footed donkey! Great shot!
