today TJ (and Peter @peterdegraaff) visited Canberra and the Pink Vespa for some photography around the capital.
It was a cold windy miserable day and TJ was blown sideways when posing for us, some wonderful posing opportunities with former PMs and the Queen (well their portraits). I was interested to note a couple of guys posing some sort of figurine in front of parliament house, I tired to sidle over and see if theirs was as cool as TJ, but they moved away.
Every Vespa should be issued with its own TJ to protect the scooter and rider.
Thanks for a fun day out in "our nation's capital" photographing some great sights and taking us up to Mt Stromlo. Every Vespa clearly needs a TJ. and goes perfect with pink. @beautifulthing@sdspace@onie@38mm@bobfoto@lorihiro
love your Vespa! I'm looking at an electric bicycle. They look a lot like the Vespas but are powered by electricity. They are not really fast (about 35 kph) but they go about 60 km on a charge so it would be great for zipping around town and doing photography. Do you like your Vespa? How fast can they go?
I'm surprised to see the horn button so low down, one would think when travelling throughout Indonesia, that the horn was attached to the throttle in some way.

TJ stands for tiny Jesus, and he's a smaller version of the big Jesus who in Islamic and Christian teaching was a prophet/son of God. This real Jesus travels around the world going from 365 member to 365 member and appears in their pictures for a week before he is posted on to another. ;)
TJ spent some time in Western Australia. There are 10 pics starting with this one if you want to have a look http://365project.org/onie/my-favorites/2012-04-04
