2nd creek-rainforest reflections near Florence Falls, Litchfield National Park, Northern Territory
I couldn't make my mind up about this shot or the one I posted earlier, then I remembered having multiple albums, I could post both.
While I was working in Darwin a friend came up from Sydney to visit me and we did a couple of day trips to some of the wonderful parks south of Darwin. It was hot that it was tempting to remain on the air conditioned bus. It was worth getting off the bus and going on lovely bush walks, this spot along the creek was particularly lovely, so green and shaded by the wonderful tropical trees.
I like the way the reflections are segmented by parallel lines of surface distortions. Lush greenery promises plenty of natures surprises. Great capture.
