Lensbaby semi-success at last! And, the irises have started blooming in our yard! Braved the mozzies to take a few photos with my new lensbaby this afternoon and liked the way the little buds seemed to be looking through the blur at their more mature sibling.

Glad to see you have a Lensbaby! :) It'll take some getting used to, Taffy! :) I dedicated a month to learning. You may want to glance through my May calendar to see the learning curve. I'm NOT proud of May 1 but there was clearly progress made by month's end! :)
@elaine55 So far I've found it to be frustrating. I'm starting to think that because my vision isn't great, I need to figure out whether to wear my glasses or not and adjust the viewfinder accordingly. It is so hard to get things that I want in focus! But it's humbling and good for me to be learning the new equipment!
@taffy I am sure as Pam says you will soon get the hang of it. I know what you mean about wearing your glasses as I found out the other day I need my glasses on when using live view. You are such an accomplished photographer you will pick it up in no time at all.
