If you have an ND filter or a polarizing filter this would allow you to slow the shutter speed and still get a crisp shot. Panning seems like it should be easy but it isn't.
I think the trick is to get the camera moving at the same speed as the vehicle and that is not easy. Practice is the only way to achieve that but you're doing a great job
