Moisture has arrived! The weatherman says we may have 8"-14" of snow by the time this system moves on. Normally we would be groaning, but the drought has reached extreme levels and we really need this moisture. The birds, who have been enjoying our bout of spring, are raiding the last of the sunflower seeds on the deck. The male goldfinches are just starting to get their sunny canary yellow, and they are making a splash against the snowy white. (As usual, had to take through a window...)
