End of evening ... Totally out of my comfort zone ... didn't even really mean to try this tonight but was playing with lighting ... For my get-pushed challenge this week: self portrait. I have so much trouble getting a natural expression, and lighting was mostly by guess. More practice later? Possibly....
A wonderful selfie -- and you are spot on with capturing a natural expression (I also hate being in front of the camera !) You have caught the light in the eye so very well . This is beautiful and a fav for me !

This is early beautiful. I love seeing self portraits on here because you feel you know people through their photos but have no idea what they look like - kind of a weird feeling.

you have done a lovely job of this - I understand exactly how you feel, had a go at it a couple of nights ago and had major dramas getting one I liked, all I can say is thank goodness for the delete button!!!
I like them all, but this one stands out. Selfies are way out of my comfort zone. Not sure why, as one would think that at least with a selfie, you have total control!
