It's taken me days to get an elementary grasp on textures. The over-abundance of possibilities boggles my mind to the point of overload. I tried a couple of ideas today, much to my disappointment. Then I settled on the buffalo and added some snow. It would have been faster to drive up to the buffalo pasture during today's snow showers, but I persevered, and I have a very rudimentary grasp on this process tonight.
