Holding Carhenge

Eye exams in town this afternoon and we took a quick trip to Carhenge before returning home. Youngest was kind enough to hold my crystal ball just for fun. For those who follow the solar eclipses, Carhenge will be in the path of the total eclipse in August 2017. I have two years to get ready!

@bill_fe Thank you Bill. Carhenge is just a few miles north of Alliance, Nebraska. So, if you are ever on your way to the Black Hills of South Dakota and happen to come through the Nebraska Panhandle, it is a popular stop just because of it's quirkiness. (Though I have seen some fantastic sunrise, storm, and sunset pictures taken here.)
