Two great horned owls have been flirting with each other every evening just before sunset now for over a month, and every time I go out they flit from one end of the windbreak to the other, never giving me a clear shot. I thought perhaps tonight I would get one, as daylight is lingering a bit longer. No such luck. Maybe the full moon then? No ... clouds on the eastern horizon. Rather than return to the house with nothing, I played with icm for a bit before it got too dark.
I agree with Scott...lemonade out of lemons! I love the silky feel and the gentle transition of colors. Good luck with the Great Horned Owls. Where there's a will there's a way!
April, I'm so excited we are partnered for get-pushed! I'm finding it hard to come up with something you haven't done, so my push for you is to produce a dreamy type shot using a technique such as freelensing, tilt-shift, soft-focus, etc. I hope that works for you!
