There are a few hints of spring besides the lengthening hours of daylight and warming temperatures. The dandelions are up. There are more birds singing. The leaves are hesitantly starting to appear. I see flower buds on the bushes and trees, and the grasses are green. I liked this patch of funny little grass with its rather fuzzy seed head which was growing amidst some dandelions.
