I've been keeping an eye on the echinacea hoping to catch a spider or big butterfly, all to no avail. Then I spied these jacks, and remembered how much easier it is to do a still life than wait for Mother Nature to cooperate. Does anyone still remember how to play?
Beautifully photographed - oh what nostalgia. Tidying out a cupboard, I found some jacks recently - but not as fine as these jacks. We played for hours as children - do children still play Jacks? FAV
Hi April, it has been lovely looking through your project again. You have made such progress and tried so many techniques, it is tough coming up with something fresh for you. So, I noticed that you love your macro lens and have also been on some landscape/wildlife trips & mentioned that you are still trying to learn to like landscapes. So perhaps putting the love and learning to like together will get you there? The challenge is to shoot a macro landscape. Interpret how you like.
You must have been dreading getting my challenge as the last one resulted in tea all over the place! Hopefully this will be less messy, but challenging never-the-less.
Let me know if it doesn't suit and I'll come up with an alternative.
