This flock of yellow headed blackbirds are quite the opportunists. This is the second pivot I've seen them gathered on when it was running. The spans were covered with birds all along the length of the sprinkler. Every now and then one would fly down through the water, and then return to preen and enjoy the cool refreshment. Great place to spend a hot summer day!
