seeds

Another response to my challenge from northy to use "diversity" as an inspiration for a photograph. Had to scrounge a bit to collect my seeds, and then found a boon at the scale house where there was a variety left around from weighing trucks. You see here oats, wheat, corn, peas, two bean varieties, and sunflowers.

I like how you've arranged these both for texture and shape. And it looks great against the black background.

April, thank you for the get pushed challenge you gave me. Sincere apologies for the delay getting a challenge to you. Some friends whom we haven't seen for decades are visiting today and overnight. And I've been so engrossed in catching up with them, I forgot about you until now (and it's getting late). You gave me a very thoughtful and appropriate challenge. I haven't had the time to think of something your project suggests would be a good challenge, so I'm falling back in something I've done before. Apologies in advance if I've ever given it to you. I stuck my finger into Frank's grandmother's little red dictionary: Here are a few of the words I find in that spot. Use one or more as your theme or inspiration.
Eager
Eagle
Ear
Earless
Early
Earn/ Earnings
Earnest

I hope you can find something there to work with.
