Vera challenged me "to take a photograph that breaks composition rules: take a picture where the interest point(s) are located around the edge of the frame, not in the center or according to the rule of thirds." This is youngest's cat, Bro, getting ready to pounce. Though he centered he is in the bottom third of the image, well below the dividing lines and right on the bottom edge of the image. Maybe I should not have centered him? I was so caught up in breaking the Rule of Thirds and edges that I didn't think about centering.
Vera @vera365 My first attempt at the challenge. I was so focused on the edge and staying off the thirds that I didn't think about how centered he is. Breaking that rule is hard as I find I naturally compose most of my shots utilizing it.
