Took an afternoon drive to look at autumn colors. These cattails were thick along a pond. Stopped and got out to enjoy the light and try some compositions. When I got back to the car I was covered with sandburs. Lovely spot, but not a great place for walking.
Nice capture of the blown-out cattail. Hate that when you unknowingly walk through a bunch of sandburs - you're pulling them off for the next 30 minutes!
