Blue sky ... light clouds ... beautiful morning moon. My sister left Nashville in the wee hours of Saturday morning, arriving today. She was hoping to come next week to celebrate mom's 96th birthday a bit early. I'm so glad she's here. Mom is awake, but in pain and not very responsive today. Possibly doing surgery tomorrow. Still wait and see.
A moon by day is rather lovely in a completely different way. I like the softness of this image.
Thanks for your challenge. I am now back home and our city has lights in the park during Christmas and January. I am wanting to visit and this could be an ideal place for trying a silhouette image.
So sorry to hear about your mother. We only have one mother and when we lose them, no matter now old they are, it is a wrench and an emotional time. Wishing you the best in these days. In some ways it can be a special time, but it is tough.
How about an abstract from or in the hospice room. Barring that an abstract from your road travels.
