I came upon this trio working on a construction project on campus. As I stopped to take pictures, the two on the ground were struggling with something in the hole they were digging. They kept on wrestling, while the "supervisor" operating the steam shovel watched silently from above. In fact, no one said a word while I snapped several pictures and continued on my way.
Truly like this picture. I guess it's all that red in it and the way the super is sitting in his on the job.. sitting and most likely making more money that the other two hard working guys
Oh BTW thank you too -Hee mentioned it as well - for mentioning the fact about the mantis. I guess even my all the way around smart husband didn't know about this little green monster and what he could have done.
Construction workers are great for the theme. I remember being very young and wondering if you could dig a hole thru to China -- maybe these 2 are peaking into China ?!..The supervisor is telling them that they must comply with privacy laws......lol.....
Great capture! Maybe the guy on the digger was just rolling along and saw the two guys in the hole...thought he'd watch too...like you and us! Wonder if they found it or fixed it or whatever! Great for the theme, too!
Amazing that there are only three workers there. Usually there are two guys working and a dozen standing around leaning on tools or studying prints, or just resting.
