This is part of the facade of the Science Museum of Virginia, advertising the new exhibit: "Goosebumps, The Science of Fear" Here is how it is described:
What are you afraid of? Ever wonder what makes us scream, shake, or shout when we get scared? Goose Bumps! The Science of Fear invites you to explore eye-opening demonstrations, labs, and interactive games that are sure to get your heart beating and knees trembling.

Have you gone to the exhibit? I guess it would be nice to take your granddaughter to it when she visits...assuming it stays for awhile! I plan to take Thomas to the Childrens Museum next time he visits...they opened a branch in Short Pump.
