I was trying to get a portrait of a cat that I met on my walk this afternoon. Because she was so friendly she wouldn't sit still far enough away for a good picture. She kept trying to get up close and rub against me. Finally she spotted this hole in the street and became intent on checking out what might be within. That gave me just the chance I needed to snap a shot of her being cute.
P.S. A Facebook friend pointed out this is a calico cat and therefore must be a female. So I did a quick edit and changed all my pronouns. Thanks Ann.
