Me either! And we only carried "book bags" ..it was the 70s so many were clear vinyl with a colorful flower pattern on there too. And boys just carried their books. NOw they all have backpacks. These two are adorable.

Lets go back further to the early 40's I remember we had some kind of square rucksack/backpack...if you can imagine that.. black ror brown was the norm.. oh well..so it's nice to see the young ones nowadays in their multi color backpacks.
