The final few days before the children return to school, all the teachers are preparing by making our rooms welcoming. Here is a section of the library where we store series of chapter books, generally read by second and third graders. Since we display them in baskets we call them our Basket Books. It is a great day for young readers when they graduate to this kind of story.
