The Start of the Weekend

The only picture I took today was of our dinner, a recipe from Smittenkitchen.com. Bursting with crushed chickpeas, cucumber, onions, capers, hard boiled egg and lots of oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and seasoning, it was a great beginning to summer.
