Ten Year Chairs by allie912

Ten Year Chairs

The opening all-school meeting was held this morning. After the greetings and announcements and awards for outstanding teaching were given, the faculty and staff who had been at our school for ten years were honored. Each individual, whether teacher, maintenance staff or office personnel, was given a chair with the school seal. It is a wonderful tradition and a daily reminder in your home of what a special place our school is.
Great pic and what a neat tradition! Thanks for sharing!

What a really great tradition -- and how wonderful that all the team-members (teachers, administration, and support staff) are included in this wonderful tradition. And the chair goes home with the 10 year person, right? You teach at a great school -- how many years have you been there?
