Richmond's Easter Parade is totally dog-friendly. The avenue and sidewalks are filled with dogs and their owners, and it is definitely the place to be seen. I had to take this picture of the 2 bitty dogs being pushed in their stroller while the gentleman stops to admire them. Only in America!
