Mother’s Day Dinner

John said it was the best Mother’s Day dinner ever, but he didn’t have to make it or clean up. Other than that, I’ll agree.

I always think you eat so healthily….never much sign of potatoes… I’m not a fan of potatoes much either.

@happypat I do like smashed potatoes where you partially cook new potatoes (I cover and microwave for about 4 minutes) then flatten them with a dish or your hand and put them in a pan before pouring a mixture of melted butter and olive oil over them and adding seasoning. Then cook at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes Quick and easy with lots of flavor.
