I snapped this quick candid as I was jostling through people on the crazy sidewalks of Times Square. Loved his fabulous handlebar 'stache. I think he caught me clicking, though, but didn't seem annoyed.
Thanks, guys. He was absolutely posing for me here. Probably just tired of the noise and resting on the garbage can. And tickled that someone would take his shot amidst such chaos and color. Appreciate your kind comments!
@jodimuli@annethomson@dmward@pasadenarose Thank you, friends. He was a great find in the crazy bustling square. Glad he didn't make a face at me when he caught me shooting him.
@northy@darsphotos I think he saw me taking the shot and didn't mind thankfully. Thanks, ladies. I so so loved shooting in a city for a change. Wish it were more normal for me. Had to go into my city last night for our date just to experience an urban environment again. Cincy is small potatoes to NYC.
@amandal I bet it was just a totally different world in NYC and very fast paced. Those that live there are used to it. May be going to SF tomorrow. Where did you take a few of your photos, the Golden Gate, etc? Lost the info you told me about a ways back. It is so clear there and in the low 80's there today. Thanks a bunch.
@darsphotos Oh I love SF!!! We went to Cavallo Point and hiked under the bridge. Look it up online. It is in Golden Gate Park, I think (near Sausalito). Have fun. Can't wait to see your photos!
@emrob Thanks, Mandy. It was so cool to see stillness among the throngs of people and craziness!!
@fueast Aw, thanks so much, Alison. I was glad he was a good sport. I had others who busted me taking their photo that actually ducked and hid from me or glared. I was digging street photography. I don't get much opportunity for that in my day to day life in the suburbs.

I just had to, right. So glad that he didn't seem to mind, even seemed humored!
