First of all, thank you so very much for your recent comments and faves lately. You all are so appreciated and make me feel so good. I was especially touched by the way you received yesterdays shot as it was a favorite of mine lately (being that the dude and dog are mine). Thanks ever so much!
This was a cool bit of art on the wall in the cafe at the art museum. I played with the colors and ended up making it magenta, rather than gray.
A year or so ago, I posted a photo and attempted to hypnotize people for faves...and it actually worked.
I also told the story of me attempting to be hypnotized in a show on stage in college. Those were some crazy fun years for me. Here is the shot and story here: http://365project.org/amandal/365/2012-08-27
The flu has hit our house. So far only Mike is sick. Praying that the rest of us stay healthy.
@rvwalker Yeah, I am not hynotizable either. Did you read my story on the other photo? It was a crazy and very embarrassing experience with damaging photos of me in the paper and everything!
@rvwalker Nope, I've always been this way. I must have been an exhausting child. It was soo freaky. I would not let a creep like that take over my mind.
Really cool processing and colors! I read your story about the hypnotist. Funny, I was never able to be hypnotized, and once someone took me to one of those churches where they call you up to the altar for laying of hands then everyone falls backwards. Well, I was the only one who didn't. I just stood there.... that was the end of that.....LOL! Hope you and the kids don't get sick....stay well!
@paul2782 Paul, thank you for your comments, your support, your inspiration. I had no idea you were so sick. And now it's too late to thank you, to say goodbye. I am sorry.
Years ago, I got a gift for my birthday from my father in law and procrastinated the thank you. And a month later he was gone and I never got a chance to thank him. And more recently, I had "Call Grandma" on my to do list and kept putting it off. And then it was too late. I am so sorry to be too late to thank you, to tell you that I appreciated you and enjoyed your work. You will be missed, my friend. Glad you are out of pain. Praying you are in a better place and I will continue to pray for Annie and your family. RIP
