It's nearly a black and white world by the looks of this view.
When the kids were little, we used to read a kiddy board book to them called Penguins Penguins Everywhere. It was a rhyming book with photos of penguins doing various things, including pooping (they loved that part best!;).
This penguin exhibit at the Newport Aquarium reminded me of the book. I sat with the kids for awhile and just enjoyed these cool dudes. I especially loved the swimming and diving ones. They were so fast and active and fun to watch. Love that I caught one diving in here.

I could have sat there for hours just enjoying their show. Their happy feet. Love these dudes. So cool.
P3 is literally going nuts looking at this scene. He loves how they are all in action, with their heads going in different directions. And Big P is impressed that all of their heads and beaks are attached.

Fun penguin shot... and I enjoy the kiddie stories, so akin to my own memories. My fav penguin guy... diving downward, to the right. Taking care of business with the fishies!
