I was playing with my art museum photos last night. I still had many I liked. This was one in particular, but it was so similar to another I already used. http://365project.org/amandal/365-year-2/2014-12-17
So I had to think a little out of the box and do some funky editing magic and voila...different and colorful (how I need more color these days).
The gorgeous woman and model is Meg, my local former 365 and current photo friend. She and I went out tons together in the fall to capture the season. We have yet to get out for winter and this was from our last trip before Christmas.
Hope to capture the snow with her one of these days (when we get some again) and have a bit of time for photos again.
Thank you soooo much for your great comments on my fun pasta shot yesterday! So glad it made you smile and laugh:). Mission Accomplished!
Some fabulously fun processing! I want to really study it (later, when I'm not rushing out the door to work) At first, I thought it was a reflection, but then realized it's so much more. A fav for me!
@seanoneill Really, wow, that is so cool to hear. Thanks. One above told me to get out more and get off my computer, so it's not everybody's thing I guess. Art is so subjective. I so do need to get out more. Tough stuff with winter and working now. Thanks so much!!!
Saw this earlier and had to find it to come back and comment. I love the colors in this, the way you've positioned the figure/reflection and the way it feels like she could fall deeply into the image/colors at any moment.
Great capture and we all have those upside down days, in fact sometimes they are upside down months!! If you notice, the upside down girl is actually clearer, so she must understand what's going on!! The right side up girl is the one having trouble. Soon they will trade places and all will be right with the world!! That's my story for the photo!! I do like it and it has a water color effect to it!!! FAV!
@bill_fe Thanks, I was in a weird mood. Clearly.
